Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using Northstone CRM. By creating an account, signing in, requesting a demo, or using the CRM, you agree to use the service responsibly.
Use of the Service
Northstone CRM is provided for real-estate sales, builder, broker, and team operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Accounts and Access
- Admin accounts can manage platform settings, subscriptions, and access controls.
- Subscription owners can manage their own organization and employee IDs based on their plan.
- Employees or staff accounts can access only the areas allowed by their owner or admin permissions.
- Demo accounts are temporary and may be deleted automatically after the demo period ends.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features depend on the selected plan and billing cycle. Pricing, limits, and included services may change, but existing users will be informed where reasonable before material changes apply.
Integrations
When you connect services such as Google Workspace, you authorize Northstone CRM to use the permissions needed for CRM features such as email, calendar, meetings, and activity tracking. You can disconnect integrations from the CRM when supported.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, spam users, violate laws, or interfere with platform security or availability.
Data and Content
You own the business content you add to the CRM. You grant Northstone CRM permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Availability
We work to keep the CRM reliable, but service interruptions can happen due to maintenance, third-party providers, network issues, or security events.
